Relationship journeys

Find wholeness in connection

"The power of connection"

Imago for couples

Having been married since 2005, I know that the early phase of romantic love does not last forever. That does not mean something is wrong. It means the relationship is asking to grow.

Too often, though, couples slip into survival patterns where we adapt, withdraw, over-function, and we stop showing up fully.

As a relationship coach and trained Imago facilitator, I help people learn to relate differently. To step out of automatic reactions and into a way of connecting that feels safe, honest, and more alive. When this dance changes, the relationship changes.

This work is not only for couples in crisis. You do not have to wait until something is broken. This journey will also benefit couples who want to invest in their relationship to create even more depth and connection.

I am not a couples therapist or counselor. My focus is not on fixing problems, but on creating the safe conditions where connection can grow again, both in who you are in the relationship and in how you show up day to day.

As you change, your relationships change too.

Imago for families

Families that are deeply connected bring a feeling of joyful aliveness because members (parents and children!) feel seen, safe, and able to show up as themselves rather than staying stuck in old, outdated survival roles.

These sessions are for families with children 7 and older, grown up families, blended families, siblings, parent-and-child.

Sessions are 2 hours long.
