I’m a life and relationship coach who helps women stop performing and start living.
I work with smart, capable women who feel stuck in old roles — perfectionist, people-pleaser, over-functioner, achiever, fixer — and guide them back to a life filled with freedom, connection, and joy.
I’m also a wife, mom of three boys, PhD-holder (in entrepreneurship — not in coaching, parenting, or surviving teenage boys, unfortunately).
I work with clients in Pretoria and online around the world.
