#11 Why I am starting a group coaching group (and why you might want to join)

Here’s the thing: life can get… a lot. Between work, family, responsibilities, and trying to remember where you left your coffee, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. You start running on autopilot, ticking boxes, and one day you realise — you can’t remember the last time you felt truly alive.
That’s why I got into coaching, and that is where this idea for a "group coaching group" came from. I wanted to create a space for women to pause, breathe, and grow — without the pressure to overshare, perform, or be “fixed.” This group coaching space is designed so you can engage as much or as little as you want. You can have your camera off and still get the benefit.

Some sessions will focus on mind work and mindset shifts — those small but powerful changes that can move your life from a prison to a playground. Other sessions will dive into the mind-body connection, because your body often knows what your brain is pretending not to notice. And then there’ll be sessions where we explore creativity, because honestly, where there’s creativity, there just isn’t much room for anxiety.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s reconnection. It’s about slowly rebuilding your sense of wholeness, aliveness, joy, fun, and passion. And the best part? When you start feeling more whole, everyone around you benefits — your partner, your kids, your colleagues, even your dog.
So if you’ve been unknowingly craving a space that’s equal parts growth, reflection, laughter, and the occasional “same, honestly” moment — this might be for you.
Every Tuesday, 8–9. Come as you are. Pajamas optional. RSVP here.
(November 2025 is a FREE test run, so come check it out. From January 2026 the session will be available on a monthly subscription of R970 per month.)
