New weekly group coaching dress rehearsal (FREE)

A gentle, anonymous space to show up as you are, engage as much (or as little) as you like, and still get the clarity and momentum of coaching. We will do a FREE "dress rehearsal" in November. If you choose to sign up, the sessions will be paid for (R970 per month) from January.

About the event
This weekly women-only coaching group is a gentle, powerful space designed to help you reconnect with your whole self — mind, body, and creative spirit.
Some sessions will focus on mind work and mindset shifts, helping you release old patterns and open up to new perspectives. Other sessions will deepen your mind-body connection, exploring how awareness and presence bring balance and peace. We’ll also spend time on creativity, because where there is creativity, there cannot be anxiety — and creativity reconnects us to joy, flow, and possibility.
Through this journey, you’ll grow back into wholeness, aliveness, joy, and fun — and as you do, everyone around you benefits: your loved ones, your children, your colleagues, your community.
